IS THE COMMONWEALTH OMBUDSMAN A CONTROLLED OPPOSITION?
A SELF INSTALLED CONTROLLED OPPOSITION?
To overcome the concerns of those who are to uphold their positions with responsibility requires first to remove corruption and those infiltrated in those positions that are not being fulfilled in what is expected of them. To investigate or attend to the complaint and actually take action to do something effectively and productively.
Whilst I am invited to fill this survey, I have been astounded with amazement that the Commonwealth Ombudsman still has done everything to avoid completing the case and providing resolution. IN fact it has been so disturbing to say the least that it lead me to having to contact the Commissioner regarding the matter.
I am still waiting from those responsible who have been handling my case to reply. I am still waiting from those who hold crucial evidence …… and that the fact of I should never have had to suffer in the first place.
I have lost a friend to death because of people who do not do their job right. I have watched people suffer because I have had from first experience watched how those infiltrated in the Commonwealth Ombudsman use their positions to threaten and intimidate, forgetting that there are those out there who are of greater power that could totally destroy them if they want.

To throw someone under the bus metaphorically, is not the answer. And corruption to the core does not last well these days. This is a fact that cannot be denied any longer.
The stupidity is those in positions that thought they could get away with murder and abuse. They forget a lot of us know where they live. They forget they cannot expect to lie and get away with it all by shoving evidence in some back-burner or hope that by intimidating or erasing massive files would actually help them escape responsibility which is crazy to the core. And this has also occurred at your level of what ought to be a highly respectable but lost that credibility organisation called Commonwealth Ombudsman.
In endless cases of the past that range from everything to anything, I have had to teach and take control of situations almost always where the commonwealth Ombudsman have totally failed to even uphold their positions of what was their job to do. They get paid to show incompetence, irresponsibility, negligence, and remarkable corruption to the core. They do not solve the problem, they shreds evidence, they shove the complaint to the back of the pile or remove it at every cost and also do what is called harm or intimidate to ensure the complainant does not report any more the same problem that has not been solved or resolved rather instead being complicit to the crime where the problem that involves crime continues.
There are those in those positions that have caused a lot of concern for the public and rightly so. What exactly is the purpose of the Commonwealth Ombudsman is truly not clear for they have become a waste of money and resources. In truth and in asking for my honest and fair insight, they do not do anything. They are a waste of time and frankly have allowed crimes to continue and lives to be affected disturbingly.
First most you need to ask yourself what exactly is the purpose of the Commonwealth Ombudsman? Because in the years I have known them, decades, I honestly can assure you from the evidence they are a worthless body of corporate that has allowed more of a mess in this world than good.
What exactly is the purpose of the survey? To restore Commonwealth Ombudsman integrity or to do the clean up there and is it for the better or the worst?
These are very significant insights worth delving into if you wish to take any survey seriously and not to find cherries on a cake that ice the problem with pretty flowers or to find those that hold evidence that can destroy individuals within the organisation nor to find fault and scapegoats. This particular survey has to and must at every cost heard and be heard loud for there is a lot of harm being done at the expense of what is called Commonwealth Ombudsman.

Where are the Commonwealth Ombudsman’s ‘moral theology, philosophy and ethics; ?
It has in truth become ‘become disconnected from the needs of the individuals’ who make the complaint, not realising it takes courage and deep thought to put the complaint together in the first place, energy, time and more. Instead the Commonwealth Ombudsman has failed society and truth since it cannot even resolve another simple case as mine that ought to have been by now solved instantly from the evidence, and not brushed of back to the energy creating the problem, that person must be immediately removed for not upholding his position for a start in the Commonwealth Ombudsman, and secondly it questions do we really need the Commonwealth Ombudsman who has been more of a culprit then a helper?
Clear out any those who are the culprits and fully accountable for the contribution to mess of the world getting mopped up.
Ps placing such words at the end of emails to complainants is simply a mock of your system.
“We are committed to continuous improvement of our services and conduct surveys of our complainants, used to measure the efficacy of services provided to the complainants, the timeliness of responses and identify areas of improvement.”
I can confirm for more than a decade there it has become worse not improved. And so personally from what I have watched and from evidence can fully confirm Commonwealth Ombudsman does not hold any benefits to the community at large. It would take a drastic turnaround of events for the better to prove itself to the world. That organisation has gone far far backwards and would require a total mop up to prove itself worthy to the world.
Lastly having so many attending to a case or complaint is like a stupid merry-go-runaround that is embarrassing to consider is a body corporate there to solve cases. Remove that yo yo affect. One person ought to attend a case and not hundreds of different persons where the complaint has to constantly repeat themselves and the consultant does not know what on earth the case is about. That is what waste of resources time and money and lots of massive files is about. A lot of those files would not be mammoth if the case was handled efficiently in the first place. If you look at files it is mammoths of repetitions. That is crazy stuff of stupidity to the core to say you are the Commonwealth Ombudsman and such acts are occurring at your level of body corporate supposedly holding prestigious positions. That has to go.
…….Ps. And here on I like to know the full name of the person dealing with the case for hiding behind such first names imply shows cowardliness and one must be able to know the full name of the person handling the case and it ought to be one person. That way the complainant knows exactly who they are dealing with rather than the consultant acting authority but are instead show they do not have any intention to resolve anything but let the next person do what they ought to have done in the first place. Pass the buck so to speak is something or kick the bucket down the road. That show they are not capable to uphold their positions. Commonwealth Ombudsman s has lost its grace and has become seen as a gimmick at the expense of making complainants look foolish who are now prepared to remove such corporate bodies because they have not proven themselves for over a decade…………………..
