Yahweh’s Law of Creation
The term of “of the people, for the people and by the people” is tossed around without really understanding its origin. It’s origin came from the Creator of ALL, that is, Yahweh. He created the Law of Creation and then proceeded to Create everything else. In fact the Law is part of His very Nature, sovereignty, based on Love and Blessing.
The Law is simple but has eternal ramifications and states: The Creator of something has the rightful authority to determine the purpose and disposition of His creation. That is, He created it and it (whatever or whoever it is) belongs to him. He can handle His creation in anyway He desired from giving it eternal life, to changing it, to removing it, to sharing or selling it. We see this in our statues pertaining to inventors, artists, writers etc.
(The complications came in when He decided to give the Human race the freedom to choose, like He has, that is, to love or not. He could not create love without creating free will to choose to love. If you were forced to love then it would not be Love. True Love is giving up your will for the sake of the beloved freely without string attached. This really isn’t the topic of discussion but it is foundational. )
As part of His creation of mankind, He included within man’s heart the right of creation. Man thus can be a creator as well, with in limits. The Founding Fathers understood this law and thoughtfully applied it to our constitutional government. The consequences of freewill is that we each, individually are responsible for our own choices and will bear the consequences of those choices, good or bad at our Creators hand, both while on earth and in the eternal. This is call sovereignty. In other words we are each the king of our own life choices and we answer to our Creator and we are each to treat each other as a king. The founding fathers recognized this and made accommodations for it in our Constitution and in the Bill of Rights.
The Law of Creation was at work in those efforts. We the people actually created the Constitution. The founding Fathers did not operate as tyrants but they intentionally represented the people in their States because they were selected to represent the people of each state to form a US Government via the US Constitution, just like the formation of the States’ Constitutions.

The order of Creation was: Father God, Yahweh, created each individual man and woman. Husband and Wife created their children which formed the Family, either the father or the wife represented their family in whatever group they were involved in, which could have been a sewing circle to a town. Everyone had a say as a sovereign, in how the groups were to operate. Thus voting was created to determine the operation of the group. So as the nation grew a group of people would assemble to form a document to create a county and then a town and then a state. These documents, that the representatives created, created the county, town, state and then nation by consensus and each individual was to follow this consensus. The people, through their representatives retained the right to amend or eliminate any or all these created documents as needed by majority vote.
Thus the order of creation was: we the people created the document that created the county, the town, the state and ultimately the united States. We thus, as creators have the right to change or even abolish these documents therefore changing or even abolishing the respective governments. We are members of the united States which is therefore a limited representative constitutional republic. We are not a democracy (majority/mob rule, as when society breaks down). This is also why the integrity of each individual vote is critical. There can be no, of the people, by the people and for the people if the vote is even slightly compromised.
The Founding Fathers were acutely aware of tyranny having lived under a monarchy and thus being a slave not a sovereign. So they brought humanity back to sovereignty by having, we the people create the government. This was designed to guard against tyranny and against mob rule.
