It has been hard to see on the photos of the New USTNs the words ‘FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE’ so it has been my assumption as well as by others these were to be the real USTNs coming out.
Maybe this has been a con by the White Hats for the Cabal that these were to be coming out when in fact they were to keep them in line till the actual ones come out.
There has been no word of the New USTNs being available at the local banks as of yet.

Is this where only at the specified 7,000 Redemption Centers the USTNs will show up and that means only those that have present foreign currency to exchange are the ones to exchange with the USTNs, yet at the same time they will not be available for the public?
In other words those that do exchange have nothing of worth as the USTNs have no value to do any normal banking or shopping as they are not Lawful at this time as NESARA has not been Announced? They are to receive a piece of paper for the amount of currency they have exchanged, but it is just a piece of paper and not digital funds in their account for the 99% they are to receive later?

Are the exchanges coming first before the NESARA Announcement is made or just after? These people do not want to exchange for worthless currency if they are not usable like baseball trading cards from the ’50’s, and what if they are given these phoney FRNs when they are to receive the real USTNs.
