24th Amendment
This is the Amendment that gives the right to vote even for failure to pay any tax, ratified on January 23, 1964 with Lyndon B. Johnson.
This is now to have citizens of the United States to vote in any primary or other election as paying any poll tax or other tax is no longer a mandate.
The 14th, 15th, 19th, 24th and 26th Amendments all deal with voting as to who is to vote. We are going to be electing the 19th President for the Republic once we are to begin after NESARA is announced as Grant was the last Constitutional President, and so why not join all the voting Amendments into one.
This may have come about due to certain states, counties and cites issuing a poll tax to vote or even they had records of who didn’t pay their income tax so they couldn’t vote.

The right of citizens of the United States to vote in any primary or other election for President or Vice President, for electors for President or Vice President, or for Senator or Representative in Congress, shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or any State by reason of failure to pay any poll tax or other tax.
Section 2
The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
