13th Amendment, No Slavery
This was to be the 14th Amendment, for neither slavery nor involuntary servitude shall exist within the United States, ratified on December 6, 1865 with Andrew Johnson.
However, this punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted is acceptable, to a certain limit where torture is not allowed, yet is still may happen.
This Amendment needs to be ratified again with our Republic as it was after the change to the US CORP beginning with the Civil War with the split-up of the states on this issue and then reunite for the Union to become DeFacto after the war. Amendments 13 here thru 27 need to be re-evaluated and maybe re-written to be considered if to be Ratified again with the Constitutional States in the Republic.
Did you know that Congress adjourned sine die March 27, 1861 “without day” when seven Southern states walked out and did not reconvene DeJure, yet there were a total of eleven Confederate States involved? Congress automatically dissolved because of that as they had no quorum and they could not Constitutionally vote. This made everything afterwards Null and Void per the Constitution.
President Lincoln reconvened Congress under the Executive branch and DeFacto government by proclamation on April 15, 1861, thus he became the dictator and made the rules not Congress. Is this when Trump will make his NESARA announcement 162 years later as he issued Martial Law before he left office in January 2021?
What I mentioned in my ‘Southern States’ posting on Operation Disclosure in January is that President Lincoln wanted the cotton from those states rather than freeing the slaves as the Northern States had slaves too all the way thru the war and didn’t want to give them up.
Congress is to make appropriate legislation when necessary to bring in specifics for which it appears this Amendment is not being followed properly, however they have gone the other way towards our own slavery to obey the government without us realizing it as in the following. So indirectly while passing this Amendment it did not free the blacks as much as they joined us all together as being able to be slaves later in time under government control.
Later in the early 20th century when laws were passed we were given a Birth Certificate as our existence our mother was signing away our life as property to the state and then came the Social Security number where we were to use it to receive a job and pay our income taxes or basically we could not survive, thus slavery. And this is going to help in us receiving access to our QFS Account with positive ID and not anyone else.
We The People are on the brink of having slavery and involuntary servitude coming back as in some sweat shops where pay is low and hours are long there is not much difference and they cannot complain or they are out on the street. Maybe with the NESARA payments these people can leave and survive on their own, but that shouldn’t be mandatory to stay there either to receive those payments.

Section 1
Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
Section 2
Congress shall have power to enforce these article by appropriate legislation.
