Real 13th Amendment, Titles of Nobility Act
This is the original 13th Amendment that denies people with having any titles of nobility to any other country to serve in the US government, ratified on March 12, 1819 with James Monroe.
This is for any such person who has Titles of Nobility for any foreign power shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, thus dual citizens and members of the BAR have been denied to hold public office, but they presently do.
This Amendment is already clarified in the US Constitution in Article I, Section 9, Clause 8, Titles of Nobility and Foreign Emoluments and should stay with our Republic as it was prior to the change to the US CORP beginning with the Civil War.
Did you know why we had the war of 1812? It was the British came over here once they knew the Titles of Nobility Act was proposed in 1810 by Congress and they tried to destroy all records of this Amendment.
The original records of the real 13th Amendment were thought to be destroyed at the time of the burning of the Capitol during the War of 1812, and the White House was also burned.

Did you know that President Lincoln was not only a lawyer, but he was a member of the BAR and was prevented from holding public office, and he ran for president five times till the bankers funded him enough to begin the 2nd 70 year financial run of the United States before its bankruptcy in 1929.
Did you know that this Article I, Section 9, Clause 8 was used in approving NESARA in Congress in 2000 with only 13 members voting on it, then President Clinton signed it into law under duress by the US Military?
By the way, members of Congress in 2000 were not allowed to vote on NESARA if they were members of the BAR, British Accreditation Registrar, as they violated both the US Constitution and this 13th Amendment.
If you think the US Military has no authority in their actions of what they are assumed of doing today with taking down the Deep State then they themselves committed Treason in 2000, then we have a problem.
If with the Consent of the Congress, per Clause 8 and this 13th Amendment, that any foreign Titles of Nobility can be granted for someone to holding any office then both the US Constitution and this 13th Amendment are Null and Void. It may have just happened with the approval of The Organic Act of 1871 making the United States a corporation.

No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.
