7th Amendment

This is the Amendment that provides those suits at common law are to be according to the rules of the common law, ratified on December 15, 1791 with George Washington.

This is for the right of trial by jury shall be preserved and no fact shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the US, and this specifies by common law, but the cases held now are not, thus the judges and DAs appear to do with what they want.

This Amendment should stay with our Republic as it was prior to the change to the US CORP beginning with the Civil War. This is one of the Bill of Rights.

This comes in use hand in hand with and after the 6th Amendment if needed.

The important thing is that a judge cannot deny you with a trial by jury backed up by the 6th Amendment and with this it must be under Common Law.

We have not gotten here in our lifetime as we have had Admiralty Law since at least 1871 with The Organic Act which made the USA a corporation under British rule, but there have been some like David Straight that have used this in his benefit and confronted the judges and others in his favor as he claims as a Sovereign and knows the rules to get by them or else they can go down for Treason as they took an Oath to the US Constitution and this Amendment which they do not comply with.

Hopefully, once we are a Republic, this can be one of the most important Amendments coming into the Republic as it directly specifies Common Law, and with that the other Amendments for being tried twice for the same crime can go out the door as the previous time it was under Admiralty Law, yet now we can go maybe just with a Constitutional judge and have the charges completely dismissed as they were Null and Void to start with.

Many people that have tried to use Common Law in their defense have been ignored with their point of view as the judges and others push Admiralty Law.

7th Amendment

In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
