You still have people that control Biden
controlling the Administrative side—the Pentagon.
The Military is under the Exec Branch control
but there’s one strata

that is in contention under whose control?
That strata manages, controls the handling,
distribution, maintenance & deployment of
NUCLEAR WEAPONS
& for every aspect of what they do
those people have to have a Q-Clearance.
