Protestants say prophecy is speeding up. But it will not happen so fast because they are false prophets. They claim to speak in His name, but they don’t truly love God or keep His Commandments.
Jesus warned, “If anyone says to you, ‘Behold, here is Christ,’ or ‘He is there, ‘dont believe it. For there shall arise false Christs and false prophets, and they shall present you. Therefore, if they say to you, ‘Come and see! He is in the wilderness’; do not go forth. ‘Come and see! He is in the secret chambers’; do not believe it. For as the light of day, which comes forth from the east and shines as far as the west, so also shall the Son of man be….(It could be a trap to take you.) “The heaven and the earth shall pass away, but My words will never pass away. But concerning that day, and the hour, no one knows, not even the Angel’s of heaven, but My Father only”
Matt 24:23-27, 35-36
People do not have an immortal soul.
If they did there would be no need for the “resurrection of the dead” the bible teaches. Today it’s like it was in the days of Jeremiah. Jer 23:1-2, 11-12, 16.
It’s not so urgent. The more correct translation, “And if those days were limited, there would be no flesh saved; but for the elect’s sake those days will be limited.” With God there is no limit. He controls time and when He will say it’s time. It’s not set in stone. He allows Himself “wiggle room”. After all, He is working with unaware humans not in contact with His schedule, and not in personal relationship with Him. They generally walk around like zombies completely unaware of the guardians and spiritual world around them. Never spend time speaking with God. He allows for that factor.
