In 1787, the Constitutional Convention bogged down and appeared to be on the verge of collapse and failure. Benjamin Franklin called a halt to the rancor and implored his fellow men to turn their faces to God for assistance, famously saying:“The longer I live, the more convincing proofs I see of this truth: that God governs in the affairs of men. I therefore move that henceforth prayers imploring the assistance of Heaven and its blessings on our deliberations, be held in this assembly every morning before we proceed to business.
The plea resulted in our beloved Founding Fathers asking for their Heavenly Father’s guidance as they wrote the now Divinely inspired greatest freedom document in the history of the world – the US Constitution.
The Light that the US Constitution lit was then imitated by many other nations drafting their own Constitutions – creating an explosion of freedom throughout the world.
Those Constitutions were now literally Hanging by a Thread.
The Brunson Brothers have filed an Emergency National Security Appeal which rested at the U.S. Supreme Court — case #22-380 — naming as Defendants paid servants of We the People Joseph Biden, Kamala Harris, Mike Pence, Nanci Pelosi and 384 U.S. Congressmen. The petition charges them with failure to uphold their Constitutional Oath of Office by refusing to investigate before certifying the Election, 100 members of Congress’s complaints of 2020 Election Fraud.

- Normally under Supreme Court Rule 37, common citizen Loy Brunson would have had to be a licensed attorney to be heard at the Supreme Court. Brunson was able to obtain a Supreme Court hearing on his petition under Supreme Court Rule 11, a National Emergency.
- The Solicitor General representing the 388 Defendants (Biden Administration and members of Congress) in the case argued they were immune from prosecution.
- Brunson argued that Congress and the Biden Administration were not immune from prosecution because they had violated their Oath of Office to “Protect and defend the Constitution from enemies, both Foreign and Domestic.”.
- His Friend of the Court Brief asked the Court to listen to the voice of the People because their decision would make a significant impact on Brunson and everyone.
- The Brief alleged that 100 Congress people had proof of Fraud in the 2020 Election, yet Congress certified the vote without investigating the allegations of Fraud, thus committing Deprivation of Rights, Conspiracy against Rights, Civil Action of Deprivation of Rights, Treason and mis-precision of Treason.
