Dear Judy Byington – I hope you are feeling rested soon and enjoying some well deserved down time.
I recently had a whinge piece published and although I did say I was not referring to anyone in particular, I cannot help but feel bad every time I see your ‘I’ve been asked to take a break message’.
I acknowledge publicly that I appreciate your work and if you had in any way felt targeted I’m sorry for my part – it was never my intention to shoot the messenger. Your reports have provided me with some very big red pills to swallow!
I worked in government where I had to compile research and write and understand how demanding and exhausting this work is as I subsequently went on to have a nervous breakdown. So I sincerely hope you take the time to enjoy some rest and relaxation and come back renewed.
I look forward to reading your reports again.
