NESARA/GESARA HOAX?

Below is a quote from a NESARA website PDF-file:
“To amend the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, as amended; and the Internal Revenue Code of 1939, as amended; in order to secure for the American people their unalienable right to Life, Liberty, and Property.”

The problem I see is if the FEDERAL RESERVE is a counterfeiting operation / Central Bank / Criminal Enterprise. Why would the people of America want NESARA to AMEND and perpetuate The Federal Reserve Act?

The remedy for the Federal Reserve is to Abolish it and any other Stealth forms of Slavery.
The Rummer is the Federal Reserve has been Seized / Liquidated and wholly owned by the U.S. Treasury (Constitutional Republic).
Other issues include:
- 108th Congress was George W. Bush Administration (Not Bill Clinton / post 9/11)
- No Bill number (not introduced into Congress)
- Not signed (No POTUS signature)
- “.org” denotes a Nonprofit (Not Government (.gov))
