Anthony Fauci was quoted himself as saying “the ultimate KILLER of Pharmaceutical Interventional Vaccines was the Smallpox Vaccine”. This k----d 1 in every 100,000 and injured or maimed 1 in every 10,000.
So Fauci thought he could turn this into a Universal Vaccine ongoing deal in 1986.
Vaccines are evaluated on Acceptable Death Rates. An acceptable death rate on a product should be ZERO.
