On Tues. 9 March at 7 am EST all monies were released and then at 4 pm EST a green light was given for liquidity to be underway behind the scenes.
Right now some Tier 3-4 exchanges were happening, though those parties wouldn’t have full access to their funds until Tier 4B notification and exchanges began. Those Tier 3-4 recipients have been given 2% of face value of their account in the form of a debit card.
Tier 4B was soon to be started – watch for it within the next 24 hours and throughout this week.
The below was a description of the exchange process underway and rates discussed (not guaranteed):
• ZIM $ .94 – 30 hundred T Notes exchanged
• IQD $16.00 – 114 million exchanged – no cap
• VND $15.00 – 1 billion exchanged – no cap, no holds
There were no holds and no caps, no matter the amount exchanged.
Within 15 days the party exchanging must return with bank account information on their corporations/ trust vehicles in order to manage these amounts, after which all monies would be transferred into that account.
There were three Disclosure forms to sign that established KYC (Know Your Client).
Nothing over ten million $ could be spent in the first 15 days, though recipients could make any purchase they wished, place a deposit and provide the seller with a guarantee of payment.
A tax free, clear, clean funds letter would be provided.
Paymasters, attorneys, group leaders and bond seller recipients were at their stations as Bond payouts began on Mon. 8 March. ZIM bond redemptions would start paying out from Wed. 10 March onward and would continue through Sun. 14 March.
The Tier 5 general public exchanges of gold/ asset-backed foreign currencies at the new international rates were scheduled to start on Mon-Tues 15-16 March.
Also on Mon-Tues 15-16 March the debt jubilee NESARA / GESARA debt repayment packages would begin paying off all past federal debt classes in the US and internationally in multiple countries.

The US had been functioning under Martial Law since 19 Jan. 2021 when a report from the Director of National Intelligence confirmed that Trump had won the election by an over 80% vote, plus verified that the Chinese Communist Party had interfered in the 2020 Election by swinging Trump votes to B/iden. It was an elaborate scheme that involved the CIA, Germany, Canada, Italy, the Vatican and communist parties of several other nations which conspired with Democratic traitors in Congress.
The DNI report was delivered to President Trump on 19 Jan. after which Trump signed an Executive Order giving control of the country to the Military just prior to B/iden’s fake Inauguration on 20 Jan.
Since that 19 Jan 2021 the Military has looked to President Trump, not B/iden, as their leader due to that foreign interference in the 2020 Election. The ability for the US to have fair and honest elections was basic to our Constitution and freedoms. Under the Presidential Transition Enhancement Act of 2019, the Military had 120 days, or until 20 May 2021 to restore the US Republic to concepts of the original Constitution.
Trump was in his “Winter White House” in Mar-a-Lago, FL, where RV teams met to complete the RV Shotgun Start.

G. Calendar of Events:
Restored Republic factions were already setting up the federal capital on sovereign Native American territories around Houston and Austin TX. Last year the Federal Reserve had been integrated into the new US Treasury located on a Native American Reservation near Reno, Nevada.
On Wed. 3 March President Trump flew on Air Force One to Switzerland, where he signed documents for release of Nesara/Gesara, according to Charlie Ward.
On Mon. 15 March the NESARA debt jubilee debt forgiveness packages would be implemented to pay off federal debt for mortgage, credit card and other past federally backed debt classes.
According to the Q Calendar, “POTUS and John would be inaugurated on Sun. 21 March.” Juan O Savin recently said that restoration of the Republic should take place by April 28 2021.
Also on Sun. 21 March Q’s “Into the Storm” was scheduled to be aired on HBO.

The Cabal’s money supply was cut off with implementation of the Global Currency Reset. Their retribution was likely to come through Cyber Attacks, a Stock Market crash and causing the Internet to go down, along with a worldwide Social Media blackout, while the failure of China’s Three Gorges Dam would wipe out Bitcoin facilities and cause it to fail.
The kickoff event for the Seven Storms could well revolve around structural fault failures in that Three Gorges Dam. The dam was the largest in the world and held back a staggering 39 billion cubic meter reservoir of water – so huge that destruction was said to cause a measurable effect on the rotation of the earth. Waters from a Dam break would cover major cities and also destroy facilities under the dam (tunnels that ran to Wuhan) including the Cabal’s Bitcoin and chi/ld se/x traffic/king, org/an har/vesting, gun running and drug rings operations.
To cope with all the Military would activate the Emergency Broadcast System on Space Force’s new Starlink Satellite System. Starlink’s three satellites would take over all media outlets around the globe to send daily Presidential messages, information and safety instructions to phones and computers worldwide, while a changeover took place across the globe to Telsa free energy.
There was a possibility that the US as well as other countries, would be in national lockdowns, including orders for school and business closures for several days that could be ordered at any time depending upon how events played out.
