Cyberattacks. Covert influence. Foreign financing. Attempts to undermine electoral processes.

3. WHY DID BIDEN KEEP BOTH ACTIVE?
September 2024: Biden continued the foreign election interference emergency.
December 2024: Biden continued the serious human rights a---e and corruption emergency.
2 PRESIDENTS. OPPOSING PARTIES. CONTINUING NATIONAL SECURITY THREATS.
These authorities survived the transfer of presidential power.
And President Trump can now employ them within their lawful scope.
4. NOVEMBER 3, 2026 – THE CLOCK STARTS.
Under EO 13848, the Director of National Intelligence must assess foreign election interference within 45 days after the election concludes.
DECEMBER 18, 2026 – the deadline after the midterms concluded on November 3.

DNI Jay Clayton must assess:
WHO attempted foreign interference?
HOW was it conducted?
WHO financed, directed, sponsored, or supported it?
WHICH foreign governments were involved?
The assessment goes to President Trump and designated senior officials.
A subsequent 45-day process evaluates material effects on election infrastructure and recommends appropriate remedies.
5. WHAT CAN PRESIDENT TRUMP DO?
If qualifying foreign interference is established:
✓ IDENTIFY foreign perpetrators and financial networks.

✓ FREEZE assets of designated foreign actors.
✓ BLOCK prohibited financial transactions.
✓ EXPOSE covert interference operations.
✓ DIRECT lawful intelligence and cybersecurity responses.
✓ PURSUE criminal investigations where federal laws were violated.
✓ PROTECT election infrastructure against future attacks.
EO 13818 provides additional sanctions tools when its separate corruption or human-rights criteria are satisfied.
6. WHY SHOULD EVERY AMERICAN CARE?
Because our vote is not a gift from Washington.
Our liberty is not a privilege granted by politicians.

And our children should never inherit a nation whose elections are secretly controlled by foreign interests.
OUR DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE ESTABLISHED THE PRINCIPLE:

Not foreign governments.
Not covert financiers.
Not corrupt intermediaries.
WE THE PEOPLE.
