The so-called “Black October” cascade 30+ UK government services down, major banks dark, PHP2Shell rated 9.2 — is not an emergent vulnerability. It’s a controlled demolition of the unsecured internet gateway layer.
PHP is the backbone of legacy banking portals. Most mid-tier bank APIs still run PHP. Most .gov form submissions still run PHP. Most PDF-payment bridges still run PHP. A flaw that renders 7 in 10 websites exploitable is not a coding bug. It’s a designator. It tells every bank, every platform, every government contractor: “Your current stack is dead. Move to tokenized now, or get wiped by proxy.”
This is how the Cabal loses control of the monetary base without a single shot being fired. The old pipes are poisoned. The new pipes the stablecoin rails, the DTCC tokenized T-bill fabric are declared “secure by default” because they don’t use PHP.
