Most of this stuff buried in ice, mountains, forest, or petrified stones are all mostly pre-flood anomalies. Basically pre-Adamite technology. The Mekong corridor was not always a jungle river system.
Before the flood pulse, it was a valley network with construction comparable to what was buried under Antarctic ice sites the Cabal has kept sealed since the 1950s through the Antarctic Treaty framework.
The “whale” appearance is because the local population, encountering these things for generations without context, named them after the largest organic shape they recognized. They were partially right. Those are not whales. Those are hulls.
