THE AMERICAN SYSTEM IS THE GOD SYSTEM
The Declaration of Independence states the founding order plainly: people are endowed by their Creator with unalienable rights. Governments are established to secure those rights and draw their just powers from the consent of the governed. When a government becomes destructive of those ends, the people have the right to alter or abolish it and establish a new one.
Fifty-six delegates put their names to that declaration. Americans fought for independence. No king, banker, courtier, or official is the source of the rights the Declaration recognizes.
A signed covenant under oath has power because it joins a declared truth, a public promise, and personal accountability. The signers of our Declaration said rights come from the Creator, government receives its JUST powers from the consent of the governed, and the people may alter or abolish a government that becomes destructive of those God originated rights. Our Founders signed this Covenant while pledging their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor to one another – and by virtue to each of us – appealing to Divine Providence. That is the founding truth of our 1776 covenant language.
Consent has moral force only when people can understand what power they are granting, to whom, for what purpose, and within what limits. Hide a material term or falsely describe what someone is agreeing to, and the apparent “yes” is no longer an honest yes. Scripture gives this principle plain language: just weights and measures, and speech in which yes means yes.
The law also treats proven deception seriously. The Supreme Court reproduced the maxim “Fraud vitiates every thing.” The maxim expresses the moral gravity of fraud.
This American principle can be stated with force and precision:
All, 100%, of our rights come from the Creator. Government holds only the authority the people justly give. An oath binds its’ founding bearers to Truth; a public grant of power demands honest disclosure and accountable limits. Where material deception defeats the morality of mutual consent, no mere signature can turn a lie into a rightful grant of authority.

Americans of different faiths, or no faith, can recognize and uphold these same limits on our just government in covenant with God, or choose to live elsewhere.
Ignorance of our God System offers no valid excuse to a---e it.
This is not a “religious thing”, it is a Universal Law Truth.
