On Wed. 23 Sept. 2026 at ten am EST the Federal Reserve System was shut down and bank wires were no longer going through on the old SWIFT System.
On Wed. 23 Sept. 2026 at 6 pm EST the Quantum Financial System (QFS) was absorbed by the new US Treasury.
The next day on Thurs. at 2am EST 23 global currencies on the QFS Trading Platform were activated and began trading, with a total activation of the QFS System by 4pm EST.
There were 37 states so far that have indicated they will be part of the new Restored Republic.

All but seven states have attached themselves to the QFS and pegged to the new UST Dollar.
$111 trillion was held by the US Treasury out of US Taxpayer dollars. A little over $4 trillion of that has been designated to each state that declares themselves as a sovereign state in the Restored Republic and is to be used for infrastructure.
Financial Transactions now go ledger to ledger in a min. rather than 10-11 days.
We will be getting new birth certificates.
What we thought we knew, but didn’t really know and now are supposed to know but don’t have a clue. With clones, doubles, made up movies Hollywood style and Trump’s Military Alliance throwing more popcorn at us, it gets sooo confusing:
On Wed. 23 Sept. 2026 all five legacy networks ABC, CBS, CNN, NBC and Fox threatened to suspend coverage of the White House and Donald Trump, a sitting president. If so, it would be a win for the White House, President Trump, Freedom of the Press and the World. Trump would no longer have to deal with mainstream media censorship and cover up.
The President has already decided to skip the fake news and reach The People directly through Starlink Broadcast events, X Spaces and independent media channels. His first message came out Wed 23 Sept. 2026: “As President of the most extraordinary nation in history, I have no interest in leaving dangers to grow for another day. I do not believe in letting problems fester until they only become harder to solve.”

This weekend Fri 25 to Sun 27 2026 will be an amazing revelatory weekend. Groups out West will be notified that they have access to funds.

On Mon. 28 or Tues. 29 Sept. 2026 Tier4b (us, the Internet Group) should be notified to set exchange/ redemption appointments, although it may be sooner.
On Tues. 29 Sept. 2025 the system collapses at midnight and Golden Age begins.
Judy Note: No one knows the exact date for notification of appointments for Tier4b (us, the Internet Group) to exchange foreign currencies, but deadlines shown in the above Timing indicate it to be very soon. We have been told that Wells Fargo, which is controlled by the Chinese Elders – (the ones who own the gold behind the Global Currency Reset) – will send out emails to currency and bond holders worldwide telling them how to set redemption & exchange appointments. It is advised to exchange/redeem your foreign currency at an official Redemption Center (RC) rather than a bank. You can only redeem Zim at a RC, the Dinar Contract Rate can only be given at a RC and banks will offer you lower exchange rates than what you can obtain at a RC. You can only set up your new wallet (bank account) at a RC. It was my understanding that most banks were under control of the Cabal and would soon play a different roll in the Global Financial System.
