A Plea for Truth, Justice & Help
In both President Trump’s active “Grand Conspiracy” case in Ft. Pierce, FL, and the Linqto “Bankruptcy” case in Houston, TX, institutions possessing enormous coercive power could have potentially created a self-validating loop in which one institution’s allegation became another institution’s justification.
The loop operates this way:
1. Officials or managers identify the desired outcome(s).
2. Regulators create an official cloud of investigation or non-compliance.
3. Prosecutors treat that regulatory narrative as a potential evidentiary foundation.
4. Media coverage converts contested accusations into perceived public reality.
5. Courts encounter parties already burdened by depleted resources, reputational presumptions and official allegations.
6. Judicial orders then give legal force to consequences that began with unproven or selectively presented premises.
7. A final court order is cited as “proof” that the original narrative must have been “true.”
This is the common danger President Trump endured and Linqto Customers and Shareholders presently face:
Institutional Circularity masquerading as independent corroboration ≠ truth or justice.
The Customers and Shareholders of Linqto, Inc., 13,000+ innocent people located in 120+ nations, are facing immediate, egregious, irreversible damages inflicted by a case of INSTITUTIONAL CIRCULARITY, one that could be reasonably believed to have been initiated by a pre-meditated aspiration to EXTRACT extraordinarily valuable, private equity SPV contract rights from lawful equity owners, with an intent to transfer ownership of many of the most respected and coveted FinTech corporations in the world – under color of law.
The innocent, blameless and insufficiently financed victims of this foggy and grossly suspicious “bankruptcy” case built upon “Institutional Circularity” seems to be an egregious and immoral a---e of power.
I respectfully, publicly and humbly seek an immediate freeze of all disputed “estate assets” from all rightful equity owners to ANY third parties, until a compete audit of the potential Fraud, Waste & A---e surrounding this matter can be completed.
