Travis Walton is probably the most famous “alien abductee” in modern times.
In 1975, he was a 22-year old logger who was working with a forestry crew in Arizona when he was taken by Zetas.
A movie called “Fire in the Sky” was made about it in 1993 but they changed the story to make it more fear-based and removed important details.
Zetas weren’t the only extraterrestrials that Travis encountered. He was rescued by friendly “humans” in blue uniforms.

It was their choice to present themselves as fully human to calm Travis. He kept his memories so the story could be told.
I believe the Zeta craft was pulled into a Galactic Federation mothership and Travis was escorted from one craft to another inside of it.
