America respectfully invites you to fail spectacularly on Sept. 15.
Not quietly. Not ambiguously. Not behind a procedural curtain thick enough to conceal your fingerprints.
Fail clearly.
After the House acted in 2025, you inherited an extraordinary opportunity: deliver durable rules for America’s digital-asset economy – or demonstrate, once again, that Washington can transform clarity into fog, momentum into delay and national opportunity into another chamber burial.
Should you choose failure, please understand what will follow:
