The Deep State is not a monolith. It is a fractured, multi-tiered network of financial oligarchs, intelligence careerists, foreign state actors, and institutional bureaucrats who have operated with impunity for decades. What has changed in 2026 is that their funding mechanisms the arteries that kept the body alive are being severed simultaneously.
Iran is the most visible casualty, but the rot extends far beyond Tehran. Below is the full factional map, names included, with motive analysis and current operational status. And we will map out how they shape our world in their image.
Of course this is a general assessment on their roles Pre-Clarity Act. Post passage these factions will have way less of an impact on our world. The head of the snake has already been cut. Right now we are only watching the tail wiggle around.
The Chokehold:

By mid-2025, the CBI had moved its exchange rate from the dual-rate system (1,470 official / 1,300 market) to a unified 1,300 dinars per dollar. This eliminated the arbitrage that Iranian-aligned banks exploited. The daily dollar auctions were restructured to require enhanced due diligence on all purchasers.
The [DS] running the full plan at once borders, currency, cultural collapse, election machinery looks like escalation. It is exhaustion. The plan was designed to be executed gradually, one norm at a time, each stage normalized before the next.

Compressed into a single window, every element becomes visible simultaneously, and simultaneous visibility is the one condition the plan was never built to survive. The country watching Obama’s role surface in real time is the design working in reverse. Instead of each fraud being normalized quietly, each fraud is being witnessed loudly.
Networks under simultaneous exposure make the only mistake that matters they consolidate. They pull money through known channels, they coordinate through known intermediaries, they lean on known protectors.
Every consolidation act maps the network more completely. The President’s “never give up, bob and weave” doctrine is not inspiration. It is the operational description of letting an enemy consolidate into a k--l box.
