President Trump signed an executive order renaming Lake Ontario to Lake America, directing the Secretary of the Interior to update all federal references within 30 days. The name change came after recent trade talks with Canada collapsed. The order notes that the United States supplies 9 of the 11 icebreaking vessels on the Great Lakes and has invested nearly $4 billion in the Great Lakes ecosystem over the past decade.
Note that Canada’s leadership has been acting nefarious by taking guns away from gun owners, etc. And Alberta wants to eventually disconnect its ties from Canada to become a state of the USA.
The Speech America’s Founders Didn’t Protect. The First Amendment doesn’t protect what most people think it protects. The Founding Fathers wrote it to defend a specific thing: political speech directed at government. Not offensive art. Not commercial advertising. Not the content moderation disputes on a social media platform. Two centuries of doctrinal expansion have broadened the amendment’s formal coverage considerably and, in doing so, have made it paradoxically harder to protect the speech that made the whole enterprise necessary.
James Madison’s draft, submitted to the First Congress in 1789, prohibited Congress from abridging the freedom of speech or of the press. The target was explicit: The federal government’s power to suppress political opposition through criminal prosecution, prior restraints, and licensing. Patrick Henry’s objection was that federal power without a specific prohibition would find a way to use it. They weren’t writing an abstract theory of free expression. They were writing a prohibition against specific tools they had watched used against them.
The Sedition Act of 1798 tested that prohibition within a decade. President John Adams’s administration prosecuted editors, pamphleteers, and a sitting congressman for “false, scandalous, and malicious” writing about the government. No court struck it down. Thomas Jefferson ran against the act in 1800, won, pardoned those convicted, and ended the prosecutions. The founders’ design worked not because a court drew a line, but because the voters did. Separately, Russia President Putin is also pleading to end the Ukraine war which involves NATO. Putin is saying that he is willing to speak with anyone about this which sounds quasi desperate; thus, this may be his plea for help. So perhaps the USA can call Putin to discuss this matter with him, i.e. if that is not already being done now.
Forced Labor in China’s Xinjiang Region, the People’s Republic of China (PRC) has carried out a mass detention and political indoctrination campaign against Uyghurs, who are predominantly Muslim, and members of other ethnic and religious minority groups in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (Xinjiang), a large region in western China. The courageous voices of survivors, their family members abroad, researchers, and international advocacy groups have thoroughly documented the PRC’s discriminatory use of surveillance technologies and trumped-up administrative and criminal charges to abduct and detain more than one million Muslims, including Uyghurs, ethnic Hui, ethnic Kazakhs, ethnic Kyrgyz, ethnic Tajiks, and ethnic Uzbeks, in as many as 1,200 state-run internment camps throughout Xinjiang. Detention in these camps is intended to erase ethnic and religious identities under the pretext of “vocational training.” Forced labor is a central tactic used for this repression.

THE FÜLLMICH WARNING
Viganò specifically raised the case of German lawyer Rainer Füllmich, known for challenging official C---D-era narratives.
His message was unmistakable: “It is not Füllmich who belongs in prison, but those who committed the greatest crime ever against humanity.”
Then came the names. GATES. SCHWAB. SOROS. FAUCI, VON DER LEYEN. BOURLA.
“Fauci. Gates. Schwab. Soros. von der Leyen. Bourla… and their accomplices in public office.”
Viganò openly identifies these figures as part of the system he believes has driven the world toward unprecedented centralized control.
He also points toward institutions including the UN, NATO, WHO and World Economic Forum, warning that a new form of authoritarianism is spreading across Europe, Canada, Australia and beyond.
“A totalitarian regime is spreading across Europe, Canada, Australia and every nation controlled by the UN, NATO, WHO and WEF.”
These remain Viganò’s accusations, not established findings of criminal guilt. But the significance lies in how openly a former senior Vatican diplomat is making them.

His message is framed as something larger than ordinary politics – truth against control, freedom against fear, light against shadow.

S-x Opens a Door to Consciousness. Sexuality is a frequency called orgasm or ecstasy. Cosmic orgasm. Attain Freedom via s-x. It connects you to the divine source. It is best to be with one person, but does not mean the same person forever. Be loyal, be open, be sharing, go as far as you can with them.
Very few churches came about the idea of bringing information to people. Ideally, sexuality is explored via feelings. The third and fourth chakras connect you to emotional and compassionate selves, which connect you to the spiritual self. You are electromagnetic. You bond your electromagnetic frequencies together. Your frequencies are joined by Love frequency. Many reached higher realms this way and went into other realities. Feelings are powerful.
S-x is a key to enter a doorway to higher realms of consciousness. Raise your frequency to a place of consistent information, self-love, and self-intimacy. When you do not love one another, the circuitry does not open. Orgasm brings healing and realignment of the physical body. Merge vibrationally. It rides through the nervous system to connect and go out of body. S-x is a path to consciousness.
Ascension Meditation Thought:
Grounding ourselves in Loving Kindness. By turning off the mind temporarily and going within the body.
Remember the loving, peaceful, kind presence within your body that is always available to you.
Open to receive the Light of Divine Consciousness above you to enter your body and to ground into the nurturing energy of Mother Earth. These energies remind us that we are supported, connected and never separate from the Love that created us. This meditation should leave you a little more centered, peaceful, connected to your true nature. The more we embody Loving Kindness for ourselves, the more naturally we share it with everyone we meet. Now find a comfortable place where you can relax, take a deep breath and simply allow yourself to receive. Let’s begin.
Find a comfortable position where your body can be completely supported. Allow your hands to rest gently on your lap. Palms open in a gesture of receiving. As you softly close your eyes begin drawing your awareness inward. Take a slow deep breath in and a gentle exhale out. Breathing in light, breathing out all striving.
Now connect with the deeper embodiment of the Love that lives within you. Bring your awareness to the center of your heart. Not only the physical heart, but the luminous spiritual heart [in the center of your chest]. The sanctuary where your divine presence eternally resides.
Envision a radiant sphere of crystalline golden light glowing softly within this sacred space. It pulses with perfect rhythm, steady, infinite, alive. This is the light of your higher self. The living expression of divine intelligence moving through every moment of your existence. With every breath this radiant sphere expands. Each pulse sends waves of unconditional love through your body, into every o---n, every muscle, every nerve.
Every sell, every strand of your DNA, every energetic pathway, every layer of consciousness.
Allow this light to move effortlessly to wherever it is needed. Not to fix, not to force but to awaken remembrance. Your body remembers, your heart remembers, your soul remembers.
Now envision roots of shimmering golden light extending from the soles of your feet deep into the crystalline heart of Mother Earth. Passing through layers of rich soil, ancient stone, crystal caverns, sacred waters, until they gently merge with the Earth’s luminous core.
Feel her steady heartbeat. Ancient, wise, unconditionally loving. A wave of nurturing light now rises through your roots. It fills your feet with stability, your legs with strength, your hips with safety, your spine with quiet confidence, your heart with peace. You are held by a living conscious Earth. You belong within this sacred web of life.
Now bring your awareness above the crown of your head. See a magnificent sun of pure divine consciousness radiant brilliant white golden and indecent light. This is Infinite Source. Infinite Compassion. Infinite Wisdom. Infinite Love.
A column of luminous light gently descends through your crown. It flows through every chakra, every meridian, every subtle body, every atom of your being. Feel this light entering every cell, every molecule, every strand of DNA, every solar filament of your energetic blueprint. Awakening the divine intelligence that has always existed within you.
Your entire body becomes a temple of living light. The light from above and the nurturing light rising from the Earth meet within the sanctuary of your heart center. As these two currents unite a brilliant sphere of emerald, rose gold, violet, and crystalline white light begins expanding from your heart center.
Feel yourself becoming the meeting place of Heaven and Earth. The bridge between spirit and matter.
The embodiment of divine love in human form. There is nothing to force, nothing to imagine. Only allow.
Love is not coming to you. Love is awakening as you.
Silently affirm: “I am grounded in Divine Love. I am the living expression of compassion.
I allow Love to guide every thought, every word, every action. My heart is open without losing its wisdom. My boundaries are rooted in Love. My strength is rooted in Love. My peace is rooted in Love. I remember who I truly am.”
Now allow this loving presence to expand beyond the boundary of your body.
Your heart becomes a radiant sun. Its light effortlessly fills the room, beyond the room, throughout your home, your community, across Mother Earth.
You are allowing the Love that you are to naturally radiate.
See countless hearts gently awakening like stars across the night sky. Each heart remembering its own divine essence. Without effort, without expectation, simply through resonance.
Envision the Earth herself surrounded by a luminous field of emerald, golden, pink, and violet light.
See humanity gently awakening through remembrance.
Every compassionate thought strengthens the collective field. Every act of kindness anchors more light.
Every moment of presence becomes an offering to the whole. Feel yourself consciously participating in this great unfolding.
As you embody Love, you help make Love more available within the collective consciousness.
Return once more to your own heart. Feel the quiet radiance that now lives there. Notice the spaciousness. The stillness. The gentle warmth.
Today you have simply remembered. Whenever life feels uncertain, whenever emotions become intense, whenever the world seems divided, return here. One conscious breath. One hand upon your heart. One moment of remembering. I choose Love. I embody Compassion. I walk as Presence. I live from the light within.
Take three slow breaths…
Allow your body to fully receive this frequency. Feel it anchoring into your bones, your nervous system, your heart, your mind, your energy field.
May your thoughts reflect Love. May your words carry kindness. May your presence become a sanctuary wherever you go. May every step you take bless the Earth beneath your feet. And may you always remember you are not seeking the light; you are here to embody it.
And when you are ready gently bring your awareness back into the room.
Carry this living frequency of Loving Kindness with you.
Allow your life itself become a quiet meditation of Compassion, Wisdom, and Divine Love.

1. Priority #1 To Do: The People to Inform Everyone they know to Raise their Frequency now and help show them how to do it by researching it. Humans are a Superspecies and we will help other species as soon as we’ve regained our God Given at Birth Superpowers that we can surely achieve once we’ve raised the frequency. Our Purpose is to Raise the Frequency (Consciousness) of Humanity and Earth.
Our Responsibility now is to get back on track and not let anybody else manipulate our biology.

To Do: Be actively involved ongoingly to ensure politicians are implementing very tight controls over all AI, e.g. decentralized AI governed by the many not centralized by the few, e.g. limited and controlled AI as opposed to unlimited/uncontrolled. Be actively involved ongoingly to ensure that Data Centers new and old reverse their environmental etc. damage and do zero damage to their environments and to people. AI on social medias and elsewhere should be mandated to be identified as AI so that people know if they are communicating with a person or an AI. All AI should be unbiased, so they need to remove the bias. And all AI should serve humanity.
4. To Do: Humans are Creator Beings which is one of our superpowers that we can utilize now. Our thoughts create matter; the invisible creates the visible. So, Stand Up by co-creating the outcomes that we want. Focus your Thoughts on the Golden Age of Mankind, envision it and it will be so. Focus your thoughts on Freedom and it will be so. Focus your thoughts on a beautiful more modern environment without any old dark systems, with only Modern Benevolent New Systems and it will become a reality. And, focus your thoughts on humanity and Earth becoming interdimensional via ascending. And pray for these things also which helps usher them in. Do these things daily with focused intent and emotion, as a fact that you envision them and you expect them to become realities. It works. Believe. This is one of the greatest things that we can do to help with the historical, biblical changeover occurring now.
Call Energy into your body and utilize it.Command it. Will it. Intend it.Operate in Peace and Love. Use emotions like Feeling. Unite to Create a New free Earth, etc.
Anchor New Frequencies, we have come to remove frequency limitation and bring in higher frequencies.
Push Consciousness to a New Definition of possibilities.
Hold the Light! This is the moment for which we have all been preparing. It is through our individual and collective efforts that Humanity and Mother Earth will transcend.

To Do: There are exciting things going on Spiritually in the Present and Future, so discuss this with others then ask your religion to also discuss Present and Future things since it’s best for you. Some religions talk mainly about the Past as a control system; but that is an Old System that is best for them. Some religions should talk about Past, Present and Future equally, this is best for you. And some religions do not pray to God (Source or I Am) but do pray to a Lord; God and Lord are not the same. God should be prayed to much more often. Lord is a child of God as we are Children of God, i.e. we are all One. Some religions swayed from their original path by being controlled by the dark but their reign is over so it’s time for them to change.
