The social truth/truth social of Congress has decreed that UFOlogy is a credible field of study to be taken seriously and examined by the usual scientific methods of jurisprudence and forensics. What test would you give to determine if AI as in AI LLM is better understood to be (man-made) Artificial Intelligence instead of Alien Intelligence as in AI RRM which means Roswell Replacement Model? Would the following suffice as such a test? Perhaps we can call it the Charlie Red Star test after the work of Canada’s eminent UFOlogist Grant Cameron who has plunged deeper into Manitoba moose manure than anyone on record.
A member of the legislative or executive branches of governance enters all of his or her speeches in an AI data base. The AI is instructed to write a short speech de novo while drawing on content and style gleaned by the AI from that data base.
The test is not the speech per se but HOW the speech is created or generated.

The AI is then asked to explain in standard everyday English for every split second en route from receiving the instruction to generating the first word in the speech how the GENERATIVE process takes place using PRE-TRAINING with TRANSFORMER programming. Then the second word and third word …. to the end of the speech. The explanation is both mathematical and physical/empirical.

If the math-physics geniuses at MIT cannot pass that test why should we the people not believe GPT is a massive fraud inflicted on the world and so dangerous that it should be further investigated by RICO proceedings? Why would we not throw open the shutters, stand at our windows and delare in unison “ROS IS RIGHT”?
