The Evidence File: 90 Days That Answered “Nothing Is Happening”

What the record shows
Between mid-May and mid-August 2026, the file the dinar community has watched for 2 decades produced more documented movement than the 20 years before it combined. Not rumors. Dated, public, verifiable moves:
• The cleanup – 47 of Baghdad’s political class arrested in a single night by the counter-terrorism service. $2 trillion in theft since 2003 put on the record by the state itself, trials to be public. Over a quarter of a billion dollars in cash and gold already seized, roughly 1,000 officials under investigation.
• The guns – the fastest disarmament sequence in Iraq’s modern history. Sadr stood his militia down May 27, Iran-built factions followed, the first city physically changed hands June 5, and on August 13 both Washington and Baghdad confirmed the September 30 withdrawal on the same day. Baghdad’s own word: irreversible.
• The books – electronic customs verification live at all 22 border crossings, the fake-invoice dollar leak to Iran closed, exchange houses stripped of licenses, and an anti-money-laundering chief now sitting in the central bank governor’s chair.
• The banks – 7 Iraqi banks readmitted to international correspondent channels on July 18, 4 weeks after we published that exactly this would happen. The prime minister flew to Washington with the people who run Iraq’s money and came home with more than $60 billion in agreements.
• The bigger board – all of it inside what the US Treasury Secretary himself called, on camera, a Bretton Woods realignment. New financial rails on a printed schedule, gold passing US Treasuries as the world’s largest reserve asset for the first time since 1996, and Iraq positioned as the first country walked back through the door.
