This is what the Intelligence Community Inspector General told Dylan Borland, a former 1N1 geospatial intelligence specialist for the US Air Force.
Borland witnessed a glowing orb transform into a triangle craft over a NASA hangar.
He says it rose to 30,000 feet in 2-3 seconds.
This obviously isn’t human technology, nor is it controlled by humans.
Triangle crafts are Arcturian.
We’re hearing a mix of stories about recovered “alien” technology, and Galactic Federation sightings.
