Blackrock Has Already Been Defanged:
Let’s Talk About What Has Gone Unspoken In Mainstream
1. Trump signed executive orders prohibiting federal agencies and federal retirement funds (Thrift Savings Plan) from using ESG criteria in investment decisions. BlackRock’s entire power grab over corporate America ran through ESG proxy voting they’d buy massive index fund stakes then force companies to comply with climate/DEI agendas using YOUR retirement money. Trump cut that lever off at the federal level overnight. Billions redirected away from BlackRock-managed ESG products.
2. Trump’s Department of Labor reversed Obama-era rules that had funneled pension allocations into BlackRock-friendly ESG vehicles. Fund managers now face legal liability if they prioritize ESG over returns. This k----d BlackRock’s ability to weaponize other people’s money for political control disguised as investing.
3. Trump’s vocal anti-BlackRock stance emboldened 19+ Republican state treasurers to pull state pension funds entirely from BlackRock management. Texas, Florida, Louisiana, Missouri billions yanked. BlackRock lost assets under management AND political leverage simultaneously.
Let Me Give You All Some Inside Game
BlackRock supporting the Clarity Act isn’t leadership it’s desperation dressed in a suit. Larry Fink spent two decades building an empire on paper derivatives, passive index funds, and cheap yen-funded leverage. That entire architecture is crumbling because the carry trade unwind is draining the ocean his whale swam in. When Trump said he who has the gold makes the rules he wasn’t being cute. He was telegraphing the k--l shot to every fiat parasite on Wall Street.
Look at what Fink said publicly in early 2026. He wants the entire financial system on one common blockchain. Read that again. The CEO of the world’s largest asset manager is openly admitting the legacy system he built his fortune on is dead.
He’s not innovating he’s evacuating. BlackRock’s pivot to tokenization and their loud cheerleading for the Clarity Act is a lifeboat grab. They watched Trump’s executive orders gut their ESG proxy voting empire. They watched red states rip billions from their management.
They watched the Bank of Japan raise rates and felt their leveraged positions start hemorrhaging. Now they need on-chain relevance before the gold-backed digital rails go live without them. POTUS is the one who butters their bread now.
