Fraud on My Name Alert

The entity now doing business as The Global Family Bank is no longer “my” bank; it has been unlawfully mirrored by a licensed British Crown franchise bank run by a former bank employee.
We have temporarily shut down the American chartered bank to avoid any further confusion or liability arising from the actions of this imposter.
Likewise, my signature is being misapplied on the False Presumption that the British Crown Corporation has a valid copyright on my name and image; this is not true. Beware rubber stamps. Nobody represents me in bank matters.
We have intel to the effect that these same Bad Actors are attempting to move assets held under my name, Anna Maria Riezinger, using a hidden bank account they set up in my name and falsified signatures. The focus may be coming from South Africa.
All signatures of mine must be confirmed in wet-ink with video and email confirmation, to be valid.

#5939 About Our Global Family Bank

… Our bank called “The Global Family Bank” was set up under an American public charter, under American Law. The thing now calling itself some version of “Global Family Bank” is a knock-off, but it’s out on the airwaves trying to confuse itself with us and our bank.
Hunter Toyofuki-Aki, who was fired from his position as Bank Director with our bank, went rogue and has tried to unlawfully convert and/or impersonate our chartered bank as a licensed bank operating under the same or similar name.
We have temporarily shut down public operations and torn up The Global Family Bank’s charter, so that nothing this criminal does is associated with us.
Only a bank operating under a public charter from a sovereign government can issue actual money — money like the AFD. Our government is the only one that can issue American money and credit and stand up our banks under American Law.
Now British Crown Imposters are trying to run a licensed British Maritime Bank under our name, an incorporated Crown Corporation imposter doing business as the Global Family Bank, Incorporated, is trying to claim that the AFD is no more and that they are going to issue something they are calling “GFD” to replace it.

They have no standing to issue money under any public charter, and they can’t stand under American Law, either.
They have no right to mess with our private copyright on the name “The Global Family Bank” which we have had since 2015. They have nothing to say about the AFD. No ability to impose any new “terms of service” on you.
These people, Hunter included, are trying to pull off yet another False Flag substitution scheme, creating a licensed British Territorial “U.S.” or Roman Municipal BANK under the same or very similar name– and then trying to pass off this mirrored image for our chartered American bank.
Mirroring is a known fraud gambit and it has been and is being reported to the international authorities responsible.
Hunter Toyofuku-Aki, a mere Bank Director, not the actual owner or underwriter of anything, had no authority to do any of these things, no basis to make any of these statements or changes.
It is only a matter of time until the banking regulators catch up to him and realize that he is not employed by us and doesn’t have our charter protecting him as of July 1st 2026.
Also only a matter of time until the authorities catch up to “Judge” Adriaan Fondse, an M1 Trustee who, together with Hunter, rubber stamped my signature on paperwork without my knowledge and without my approval and without the approval of any of the other Executors and Fiduciary Trustees.
The news that Mr. Fondse has no assignment rights and was only tasked to locate funds is going up the food chain and will hit soon enough.
These facts are being reported about these men abusing positions of trust and making false representations and attempting to work a substitution fraud scheme …
Meanwhile, the Federation secured all the data, accounts, and records that are ours and have migrated them to a new platform and a new beginning. We have simply shut down our GFG bank as a defensive act, to prevent any further confusion, and are busy building back a better, more secure, and totally Open Source Bilateral Bank System.

This is an old game for the rats, but it’s one they are going to lose — and it is going to cost them everything they’ve gained. Proverbs 13:22 is on the way.
So be safe, know that your money is safe, know that your FRNs got safely translated into AFD, know that the thing calling itself “Global Family Bank” has nothing to do with us and isn’t anything better or different than any other licensed bank in the old system… advise… ignore this knock off version of “Global Family Bank” and leave it alone, no matter what they say or what they threaten. Be aware that the storefront and website has been commandeered and it is not associated with us nor with any American bank anymore. Don’t sign anything or use their declaration or agree to any “new terms” or interact with them at all.
We have heard that they are offering “loans” that have to be repaid with interest in seven years. Be aware that this is just the same old game. What you should be getting is restitution payments — no loan, no repayment and no taxes and no interest on it, based on you paying taxes and mortgages you never owed. Also, you should be getting prepaid credit “Heritage Dollars” that are owed to you — again, no loan, no taxes, no interest, just a return of credit that is already prepaid and already owed to you. … ———————
#5940 … We Repeat Sun 7/19/26 … That thing pretending to be some version of “Global Family Bank” now on the websites and seeming to be the same bank throughout, is an imposter.
Our American bank, doing business as The Global Family Bank (Unincorporated) under our American Public Charter has been “mirrored” by a licensed British Crown Corporation franchise bank.
It looks like us, maybe sounds like us, seems to be the old familiar accounts, etc., but it’s not. It’s just another British substitution shell game and fraud… We are busy restructuring everything, building new interfaces, creating better security programs, etc. We have reported this situation and the identity theft to the international banking authorities. Those backing Hunter in this criminal deception and identity theft will be disappointed to learn that bank charters are not transferrable without the full written approval of the charter authority, which is the Federation of States. They can lie all day and say they own the copyright to my name. They can wield their rubber stamps and throw tantrums in vain. They, the British Crown Corporation, nor any of its franchises, nor the Roman Municipal Corporation, or any of its franchises — they do not own any valid copyright to my Given Name, your Given Name, or anyone else’s Given Name. They should be ashamed.
They latched onto these assets via illegal undisclosed, unconscionable, and unlawful salvage activities on our shores; any possession by pirates or fraudulent misrepresentation of ownership interest in any asset has the same result: possession of an asset by pirates and other brands of thieves does not change ownership.
When a copyright claim is made against the Given Name of a living man, and seems to imply an “ownership” interest in a living man and his assets, and promotes this confusion for profit, those making the claim are guilty of peonage and/or enslavement, both of which have been outlawed since 1926.
The British Crown Corporation is under public demand to release all Americans from any presumption of being a British Subject or Municipal “citizen of the United States”, either one, based on undisclosed registrations and issuance of undisclosed birth certificates. They are under demand to release all living people and their Given Names from copyright claims, registrations of their Given Names, and similar repugnant, criminal acts and false claims in commerce.

The Perpetrators are foreign commercial corporations engaged in illegal and unlawful occupation of our country under the pretense of war and without valid military purpose; they are under contract as Successors to contract, to defend us, but there is no suggestion of any “Emergency Powers” in their service contract nor any delegated authority to occupy our country, pretend that our actual government is “absent” or otherwise misrepresent us or take advantage of our trust. This gross breach of trust by the other Principals and the undeclared foreign commercial corporations includes seizing upon and claiming copyright to the Given Names of American babies under conditions of non-disclosure and deceit, the secretive creation of franchise corporations named after the victims, and the use of these franchise corporations as a means to latch upon and confiscate actual assets belonging to the victims, including their labor.
These corrupt and coercive and illegal activities have been similarly misapplied to the national governments of sixty countries, as indicated by recent attempts to withdraw from the commercial side of the International Criminal Court, the ICC. We note that as these corporations masquerading as governments are only foreign governmental services vendors, and not the actual government, they have no sovereignty to be “threatened” by the ICC and no capacity to withdraw themselves from oversight — and are simply fleeing justice.
Despite the nationalist rhetoric against the evils of “globalism” these same self-identified corporations have been the leaders and instigators behind globalism throughout. They are the ones using commercial corporations in the business of providing government services to usurp the actual national governments…
These commercial corporations must be nationalized and placed under the restrictions of Land Law as soon as possible, or dissolved for the benefit of their victims, with alacrity, to prevent additional harm to the planet and the living people.
The three remaining entities/countries that still allow the use of mercenaries and mercenary warfare, that is, war for profit, the United States (Incorporated) and Britain and Russia, all need to be pressed to forswear any pretense that war for profit can ever be anything but a crime against humanity.
To be fair to Russia, while it maintains its right to use mercenaries, it never does so unless some other country, or commercial entity, like Britain, does them dirty first. To expose the United States, Inc., it’s not a country and as the world’s largest purveyor of cheap mercenaries, has no vote about keeping itself in business. And as for Britain, it’s in similar condition — a company, not a country, not allowed to vote on its own purported “right” to carry on wars for profit.
Only a truly sovereign entity could ever successfully assert the existence of such a dubious “right”, and as our investigations into readily available history have shown, “Britain” is not now and never has been a sovereign entity. It was born a bastard child on the sea under the custodianship of a Monarch, and it remains a business, not a country.
Britain is the rock bottom of the dogpile every time, as the chief purchaser and director of mercenary attacks all around the world… It’s time for “Britain” — which isn’t the name of a country — to end in well-deserved disgrace. Time for the weary people of the British Isles to wake up and take back what has been deceitfully stolen from them.
It’s said that the threats against the ICC and the facts presented by my recent video and written testimony have finally raised the alarm among the members of the Bar Associations worldwide.
Good. They should be alarmed and jolted out of their stupor of unjust enrichment and coercive power used against the very people they are supposed to serve with good faith and honor… \\// ========== 5940
