Soviet UFO Blueprints Exposed: The Černohajev Dossier Could Blow Disclosure Wide Open
Gene Sticco (USAF Ret., former intel) dropped a bombshell by translating and publishing his father-in-law Valerij Černohajev’s secret Soviet-era manuscripts.
Before dying on Dec 30, 2019, Soviet-Latvian aerospace engineer Černohajev (worked Priozersk/Sary-Shagan, overlapping SETKA UFO program) sent 119 handwritten pages, 12 technical works from ~1980-2007, detailing reverse-engineering of a recovered UFO.
Key specs that match modern UAP reports:
• 30-meter disc craft with 678,000 aluminum solenoids in a silicon-alloy hull.
• Aneutronic fusion propulsion via magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) interaction with cosmic EM fields.
• “Gravitational-Charge Dualism” theory challenging relativity, structured vacuum propulsion, gravito-magnetic control.
Public since Nov 2024 in Engineering Infinity: Earth’s First Interstellar Blueprint. Correlations to US patents, declassified programs, and current aerospace tech are striking, not zero, but the opposite.
