Spielberg’s “Disclosure Day” Confirmed what UAP Researchers Have Known for Decades: NHI Use Animal Forms for Gentle First Contact

In Steven Spielberg’s new sci-fi thriller Disclosure Day, extraterrestrials disguise themselves as harmless animals, deer, foxes, red cardinals, as “screen projections” or holographic messengers.

They approach children (and later adults) without triggering fear, leading them to contact events before revealing their true forms. The animals feel “off” on screen because they aren’t real wildlife.

This isn’t pure fiction. It directly echoes real high-strangeness cases. In 1985, Nobel Prize-winning biochemist Kary Mullis (PCR inventor) had a missing-time encounter at his remote Mendocino County, California cabin: a glowing, speaking raccoon greeted him (“Good evening, doctor”), then vanished from normal reality for hours. Mullis later wondered if it was a hologram or NHI projection.

Decades of UAP abduction research (Budd Hopkins, John Mack, David Jacobs et al. since the 1980s) document “screen memories” where NHI encounters are masked as mundane animal sightings, owls, deer, cats, to reduce trauma and ontological shock.

Jacques Vallée’s control-system hypothesis (1970s onward) long argued the phenomenon adapts its appearance to our cultural expectations and fears, shifting from fairies/elves to “aliens”… and now, apparently, friendly neighborhood wildlife.

Real NHI may be using the ultimate low-threat interface, familiar animals, for gradual disclosure and communication.

Spielberg’s film drops right as UAP hearings, whistleblowers, and public fascination peak.

Soft disclosure through Hollywood, or mirroring an actual playbook to ease humanity into the biggest ontological shift in history?

The raccoon wasn’t just a weird story. It was a preview.
