GENERAL KNEW TOO MUCH?
Almost 4 months without a trace: the disappearance of a key U.S. Air Force officer connected to UAP programs.
On February 27, 2026, Major General William Neil McCasland (68) of the U.S. Air Force left his home in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and vanished.
He left on foot, leaving behind his phone, glasses, and all wearable devices. According to police, the only thing he may have taken with him was a handgun.
A Silver Alert was issued, and the FBI joined the search. To this day – no body, no trace.
Facts from official documents (Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office police reports obtained through FOIA by researcher Sara Bondink):
The General commanded the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) – one of the most secretive research organizations within the Air Force.
In 2016, his name appeared in Wikileaks leaks (correspondence with John Podesta and Tom DeLonge regarding UFO disclosure).

In May 2026, David Grusch directly named him among officers connected to programs involving the retrieval and reverse engineering of non-human craft.
What happened immediately before the disappearance (according to his wife and witnesses):
Several days before February 27, the General began stepping down from multiple high-level positions – including the board of directors at Riverside Research, consulting roles at Sandia National Laboratories, University Affiliated Research Center, and other defense research organizations.
During questioning on March 3, his wife stated that he had resigned from one position because he “could not mentally keep up with the pace of the conversation.”
A witness who saw him on February 26 (the day before he disappeared) described him as “distracted and quiet.” She also noted that he is the former head of AFRL, “his name is in UFO-related documents that will soon be released,” and that he still holds a high-level security clearance.
Officially – “missing.”
There is no evidence of foul play, and no evidence of s-----e.

Searches in the mountains and canyons produced nothing.
Questions still hanging in the air:
Why did a man with that level of access begin withdrawing from all of his classified projects at that exact moment?
Why did this coincide with statements about the imminent release of UAP-related documents?
And why, after almost 4 months, are there still zero results despite FBI involvement?
Coincidence? Cognitive decline? Or did the General truly know too much, and the system solved the problem in its own way?
Officially, there is silence.
But when figures like this disappear without a trace – it is no longer just a case of a “missing elderly man.”
