Judy Note: President Trump has been heading the historic transition of dismantling the Deep State Cabal and restoring Sovereignty to nations of the World.

It was happening right now through Mass arrests and Military tribunals on over half a million Global Elites, Executive Orders, Sovereignty through Republics functioning under Constitutional Common Law and the new gold/asset-backed Quantum Financial System (QFS) of 209 nations in a Global Financial Reset.

The legal architecture and military strategy for the cleanup are active now, marking the final phase long awaited by those who Trust the Plan.

The Plan was to dismantle the Khazarian Mafia which owned BlackRock, Vanguard and had control over the whole of the US Government. 

It appeared that along with their Cabal cohorts, the Khazarians (who were direct descendants of Cain ) had purposefully created hurricanes, fires and chaos for the purpose of taking over humanity.

Years ago while the Cabal-created mega Hurricane Milton was on it’s way to devastate Florida and the man made Hurricane Kirk was headed straight to London and the UK, the White Hat Global Alliance was targeting the Biden/Harris Administration’s FEMA for their Human T---------g, theft of disaster funds & supplies, and gunning down Hurricane Helene, Maui, Texas, California and Katrina Disaster Victims.

In North Carolina the White Hat Global Military Alliance has declared War against the FBI and FEMA. There was proof that the US government contract agency for disaster relief, FEMA ordered their agents to gun down Hurricane Helene victims – the same holocaust that FEMA Agents performed in the 2023 Manmade Maui DEW fires.

FEMA was also being charged with Human T---------g, theft of disaster funds & supplies, and not only gunning down Hurricane Helene victims, but k-----g victims in Maui, Texas, California and Katrina Disasters.

There was indication that during Hurricane Helene (and as happened in the Maui man made DEW fires) women and children disappeared into the Cabal’s international HT Ring.

However, taking down the Deep State Cabal was seriously complicated. The Deep State Cabal has infiltrated political and legal authorities throughout the nation and thus perpetrated numerous crimes on humanity, with citizens having no legal recourse.

Judy Note: No one knows the exact date for notification of appointments for Tier4b (us, the Internet Group) to exchange foreign currencies, but deadlines shown in the above Timing indicate it to be by the end of this week. We have been told that Wells Fargo, which is controlled by the Chinese Elders – (the ones who own the gold behind the Global Currency Reset) – will send out emails to currency and bond holders worldwide telling them how to set redemption & exchange appointments. It is advised to exchange/redeem your foreign currency at an official Redemption Center (RC) rather than a bank. You can only redeem Zim at a RC, the Dinar Contract Rate can only be given at a RC and banks will offer you lower exchange rates than what you can obtain at a RC. You can only set up your new wallet (bank account) at a RC. It was my understanding that most banks were under control of the Cabal and would soon play a different roll in the Global Financial System.

Executive Order 14263. Signed May 2026. Title: “Restoring Medical Innovation Through Patent Transparency.” It was not announced at a press conference. It was not on the evening news. It was uploaded to the Federal Register at 11:47 PM on a Friday night.

The order directs the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to release all patents currently held under secrecy orders related to human health, bioelectric medicine, and frequency-based therapeutic devices. There are 6,321 of them.

Since 1951, the Invention Secrecy Act has allowed the U.S. government to classify any patent that is deemed a threat to national security. The inventor is issued a secrecy order. They cannot manufacture the device. They cannot publish the research. They cannot tell anyone it exists. If they violate the order, they face 2 years in federal prison.

As of 2025, there were 5,915 active secrecy orders. The government has never disclosed what technologies are being suppressed. But patent attorneys who have reviewed the categories confirm that a significant portion fall under “biomedical devices” and “electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus.”

Frequency devices. Bioelectric healing systems. Resonance-based cancer treatments. Light therapy instruments. All of them — invented, patented, and immediately classified.

The executive order gives the USPTO 120 days to begin the declassification review. Priority is given to patents older than 20 years — meaning technologies invented in the 1990s and earlier will be released first.

Royal Rife’s beam ray technology was patented in 1936. Antoine Priore’s electromagnetic cancer treatment was documented in the 1960s. Robert Becker’s bioelectric regeneration research was funded by the U.S. military and then buried when he refused to weaponize it.
