It carves regulatory turf: CFTC takes mature blockchain commodities, SEC keeps the security-token chokehold. Trump has signaled immediate signature upon House-Senate reconciliation, targeting early July window.
So we should all keep our eye on this people. Because once done you will see the Cabal attempt many things to stop the bleeding. They will not go away quietly. But who cares? We were all once kids who screamed on our way to bed.
This creates an on-ramp for capital flight out of legacy fiat-debt instruments into decentralized rails that resist single-point capture. Black-budget flows historically routed through offshore cutouts and correspondent banks lose frictionless cover when tokenized assets gain legal certainty.
Think SWIFT on life support versus settlement layers that don’t bow to OFAC whims. The cabal’s traditional liquidity pumps derivative swamps, central bank digital experiments face bypass surgery. We are seeing the end of this process. It’s like watching a live wrestling match. More drama than progress being reported on.
Trump’s post-finalization prep: Executive orders layering tax incentives for domestic blockchain infrastructure, paired with Treasury guidance that sidelines CBDC experiments. This starves surveillance-finance models that rely on programmable money.
Expect accelerated de-dollarization countermeasures framed as “strategic reserve” language around Bitcoin and gold. We know many are moving away from this.
