Insiders within the White House, Pentagon, and legacy compartmentalized programs exhibit genuine terror not mere political theater like the “Illegal Alien” drop yesterday because full exposure risks unraveling the financial, technological, and existential control grid built since 1947.

Yet he stops short of naming the real apex players who greenlit the compartmentalization. Why? Because the testimony reads like it was pre-vetted through channels that still answer to the old continuity architecture the same one MJ-12’s successors formalized after Truman’s 1947 order and Eisenhower’s reluctant handover.
Those “high-resolution databases” he teases? They’re not just sitting in some Pentagon server farm. He mentions the program consolidates data from LEO platforms, upper atmosphere, maritime fine. But he glosses over how those platforms have been dual-use since the 1980s, blending NHI sensor fusion with terrestrial black projects that certain aerospace primes (Lockheed Skunk, Northrop, and the BAE acquisitions he hints at via Coulthart) have milked for decades.
