Finally, I was chatting to blog reader Myrtle. She talked about feeling exhausted. That’s me today. I cannot believe how exhausted I feel. It is unlike me. I usually have plenty of energy, and go walking to burn it off.
It is a reminder that we need to be gentle with ourselves – practice extreme self-care. I intend to have a quiet weekend and allow myself space to relax.
The Divine Plan will still unfold perfectly if we take our foot off the pedal and rest for a bit.
