I am enjoying sunny autumnal weather here in NZ. I am realizing just how much peace can be experienced by doing one simple thing: Staying in the present moment.
Today I realized that my non-peaceful thoughts are related to predictions about events that may or may not happen in the future. It has been the bane of my life – the ‘grass is always greener’ syndrome. I am so pleased to be finally surrendering to the Now.
