Lovely Light Warriors, if you are currently experiencing a steep emotional roller coaster ride, you are not alone. This morning I had a chat with my dear friend Roxy. We agreed that the roller coaster ride can be extremely challenging at times.
The one good thing about it is nothing lasts for long – good or bad. Every day ‘time’ passes in a blur. I cannot believe how fast it goes. My routine has not changed. It just doesn’t fit into the number of ‘hours’ in the day anymore.
SO much happens within a tightly compressed timeline. I always feel as if I have lived six lifetimes before lunch.
Hang in there. Calm and positive on our 60,000 foot perches. Hugs to you all.
