INFORMATION AND REQUEST FOR INFORMATION AND DOCS

To whom it may concern:

I address the entire patriot network, name is Gustav, brother was a member of the Freemen in 1996. I am asking for a form or two if anyone can help, a case law, and a document and to ask a question or two. If anyone can help, I would really appreciate your response.

1. In the past on this site a document was placed that was from the IRS Commissioner I believe, where it claimed if one filed 1040 forms requesting all funds returned due to IRS never allowed to tax, or such, the IRS was instructed to return all filings fees of the past. Whoever would have this, could you please place it back on this site with means to download or print it?

2. I would like to see actual documentation one showed Secretary of State or whoever to prove one was a American National. I would also like to know if you have your political Privileges and political Immunities one would have under Article IV, sec. 2 and 4 if one could prove this, for American National is a claim under 42 USC 1983 et al. which is for the 14^th amendment.

I reviewed this in the past and rejected it because it still relates to the 14^th Amendment and is still under it where rights are given from Government, not the Constitution. One should be under Article IV and people of color, our brothers and sisters under God, should file under Texas v. White (1868) to be placed under Article IV on equal standing where they would have unalienable rights, not rights from Government. I’d like to know how one deems an American National affords them anything. That section was for 14^th Amendment citizens, created by Government as a property and entity, could claim they were “S”tate citizens and no longer a “citizen of the United States, which is a misnomer cause incorporated “S”tates are all subsidiaries of the corporate United States and you’d still be under the 14^th Amendment which secures no rights except by statute. Article IV, sec. 2 and 4 affords political rights, Immunities and Privileges separate from the

14^th Amendment and which the 14^th Amendment does not guarantee or offer and is under the Republic, stolen from whites through schools and deception and fraud.

• Not long ago this site offered a right to travel case from the U.S. Supreme Court, but cannot recall the case. States like Illinois claims right to travel is a mere privilege and not a right, so I would ask whoever put the case on this site before, could email me any such cases to tae.allgiver@gmail.com. I’d appreciate it.

• I have tried to get on X and such but for some reason cannot. I am not greatly up on some computer stuff, if anyone could direct me I would appreciate it to be part of that group.

• I also believe someone placed a document on this site once showing the IRS was never ratified. If such a letter exists could you place it again with a means to download? It’d really be appreciated.

• I hare people talk about common law courts and the federal courts rejecting their decisions. I can understand fully why this happens because I have not heard one person filing a common law court correctly in any manner. A common law court is of the Republic, not a democracy, based on common law not statutes. Therefore one needs to use the foreign Judgment Act which goes through the Secretary of State. I used a common law court in prison against Janet Rine and federal agents against Koresh and his church. Held a Grand Jury to prove evidence, held a court with prosecutor and defense counsel for federal agents and such since none showed up. Evidence was presented, witnesses testified, and a judgment was made in abeyance since no Defendants showed. An Indictment had been prepared also. When done a judgment was drafted and a UCC-1 was filed with all evidence to be filed by the State of Texas Secretary of State. They filed it, then turned around and raised the recall fee from $50 to 45000 to keep us from being able to recall it to file in Federal court and issue for the Marshals and Sheriffs to act on. They were afraid of the document for it was under the foreign Judgment Act and Republic “s”tate. I hear people talk of using means to not be administrative, a common law court using statutes which is legislative, but not one have I heard using the Foreign Judgment Act. Case law tells us all the “s”tates of the union are foreign from the “S”tates of the Unite States corporation, so why are patriots and people using the laws of a foreign entity to ask relief. Moreover, most US judgments inform plainly those people don’t know how to use due process. A writer who uses both sides knows one needs to address both sides and why what the one side did wrong to the other side. That is what needs done for due process also, for no matter what they’ve done they have rights also and it needs explained why they used those rights improperly and why they should be punished. NO ONE does this. Can anyone send me a decision where the federal court held their common law court was improper cause no due process was used?

• While in prison in 1992 I shut down the Arlington Bank for the United States, shut down the BOP, they had to transfer to the department of agriculture to get paid and get funds to run the prison system. Signed a contract on behalf of all parties as agent and the Secretary of State held everything done was completely legal. The Warden was pissed, an every prison I went through always put me in segregation until I would let them know I would not file on them. Cause Englewood millions to redo the entire kitchen system. The prison system did not like me. Yet most patriots do not do the studying and file liens and go to prison, when they should not or file against people with no claim. They held no knowledge what a lien was actually for or how to properly file one.

• My brother was one of the Montana Freemen, and they had a common law court.

They used it to get people out of jails and more, In federal court after arrested they asked the judge to allow them to be together. The judge informed them that would not happen cause “we don’t want you to form your court again.” Majority of people read what public news states or the federal court but do not know the real story, like in the first Freemen trial they had a witness that was from the federal reserve who testified their documentary drafts were lawful and supported by value and the federal reserve was not “afraid of having competition” but the federal government would not allow it, or how they told news trucks not to take pictures cause it was private property and warned tern 3 times and when they did it the third time, they went out with rifles and took their cameras so no more filming would be done and placed it into evidence in their court.

There is probably more I’d like to address, but if anyone can help with the above or have questions, I would answer. I wish by the True Living God, Jehovah the I AM, the Great Spirit and True Christ and his Bride Mother OM, who is Mother earth, neither are a man or women for every bible informs one should NEVER worship a man king that sits on a throne, will bless everyone. We all need to come together. I watch Trump an assume some of you have direct contact, but what I see is a man that’s become afraid and not doing all he is suppose to, I pray I am wrong. If anyone would like to meet Jehovah and OM, and they’d like to come meet them (I lack funds), they can also show exactly who is in control, children still in dumbs, and can guide to restore our Republic promptly, but seems no one wants to know this information. I am a Faithist, serving the God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Moses and whom Jesus stated he served in the New testament. Have a great day everyone.
