By examining ancient scriptures alongside global indigenous stories and archaeological findings in the Middle East and Anatolia, Wallis reveals a narrative of contact. These “powerful ones” were not singular deities, but advanced non-human beings who interacted with early humans, sharing knowledge of agriculture, metallurgy, and culture.
According to Wallis, these beings didn’t start as warlords but as technology tutors. It was only as direct contact faded that subsequent human generations reinterpreted these figures as gods of war, eventually leading to proxy conflicts as different human groups fought over the territories these beings once divided.
One of the more startling aspects of Wallis’s research involves the Nephilim—frequently described in the Bible as the offspring of “the sons of God” and “the daughters of men.” Wallis connects these biblical accounts to similar legends of giant hybrid beings found in cultures worldwide.
He suggests that this hybridization program wasn’t a myth, but a historical reality. More provocatively, Wallis posits that the legacy of these beings—and perhaps even the beings themselves—might still persist in some of the world’s most remote and unexplored regions.
Perhaps Wallis’s most controversial claim links these ancient narratives to modern headlines. He suggests that the ongoing instability in the Middle East, particularly in Iran and Iraq, may be driven by more than just oil and geopolitical posturing.

Wallis highlights the possibility of “hidden exopolitical factors.” He argues that military interventions in these regions might be motivated by a clandestine race to recover “portal” devices or ancient advanced technologies described in Sumerian and Babylonian texts. In this view, modern conflicts are a continuation of an ancient struggle to control the remnants of the Elohim’s presence on Earth.
Wallis also turns his attention to the current climate of UFO (UAP) transparency. He lauds the efforts of U.S. Congress members like Tim Burchett and Matt Gaetz, who are pushing for the declassification of secret military projects known as “legacy programs.”
