1st principle thinking can lead you to profound ideas that only allows the most basic outcome to make sense. Once you figure out motives, patterns, and circumstantial outcomes that doesn’t stray too far from what someone else may come to the conclusion of once they understand the current environment. So when you look at where we are in terms of battling Deep State operatives. You realize things on the surface play a role in dictating certain actions. One of those things being those drones they have been spotting that has not been traced conclusively. Well at least on the surface. Which brings us to the synopsis below.
In plain terms, this is being built because the operating environment has changed. Legacy surface-level security assumptions no longer hold against current and emerging risks. The underground complex most likely ensures that executive authority and national command capability remain intact even if surface infrastructure is compromised or contested.
The project runs ahead of schedule probably because private donor funding bypasses typical bureaucratic delays, and military engineering teams bring classified construction protocols honed at other secure sites. Which makes sense in your terms of what DARPA has been using for years.
So I presume from that point that the dual-use design (ceremonial space on top, hardened command below) allows normal White House functions to continue while the critical infrastructure is completed. I mean I can say more but it is late and I am ready for bed. See you all tomorrow.
