That last meme is personal for me. This morning I had a big anxiety wobble. I managed to recover very quickly with the support of a dear Light Warrior friend. Thank goodness our recovery from emotional wobbles happens much quicker these days. Nothing sticks around for long in these intense energies…!

What did I learn from my wobble…? I learned that when you dig under the ‘symptom’ of anxiety, there is always a big TRUTH hiding. During the anxiety wobble, authenticity briefly leaves the room. As soon as authenticity returns, the anxiety vanishes in an instant. That is what happened this morning. I set aside my authenticity.
I forgive myself. I am doing the very best I can. Everything is a learning experience on our Ascension journey.
Hang in there, lovely Light Warriors. The global situation is heating up. We knew this time was coming.
