That meme speaks of 5D Unity Consciousness. It’s about the little things, the small acts of kindness that we often do without thinking. They can have a big impact on the recipient – and we may never know.
There is a lot of heartache out there at present, Light Warriors. Lately I have been hearing about physical illnesses (c–cer) and mental health issues (su–ide) with people connected to my immediate circle. Many people are struggling with the powerful energies.
Addictions are flaring up too. They are the fall-back coping mechanism when the world is going crazy. Reaching for comfort in a substance or unhealthy habit is the default position for many people on this planet. At times like this I am grateful for my 12 Step Program.

I am noticing that the people ascending with me are drawing closer. It is beautiful to see. There are one or two stragglers but they are managing to keep up.
I am learning to work around the tiredness, and I’ve made peace with my loss of interest in food prep. I am doing the best I can. I’m not expecting a medal for ‘Most Effort Expended In Creating Tonight’s Extraordinary Dinner’. I have never been a contender for that accolade…!
All in all, my Ascension journey is proceeding relatively smoothly. I wish the same for you, lovely Light Warriors.
