This makes the P.D. a Private Corporation providing unwanted SERVICES to We the People (Public) without our consent, and in violation of the Constitution. NOTHING the cops do is Lawful, it’s Legal, only because the Courts allow it, but the Courts are NGOs also. Everything under Fascism (Corporatism) is an NGO, Foreign to the Constitution and Republic.
