As America gets older the actions of government entities that control the structural integrity of our housing are being pushed aside as they claim they don’t have the funding.
In the older cities it is more adherent that modern housing needs to replace the older structures that are more than 75 years old.
Here in this video you can see it is really bad in Pittsburgh, which was Founded on November 27, 1758, 267 years ago.

My home was built in 1930 here in California and is still somewhat livable, but does need major repairs, not as bad as what is in the video, yet also many homes in this small town were built in 1940 or earlier and are abandoned which are gradually torn down or some are fixed up, so the county is taking on that at a snail’s pace.
I have heard it is about $25,000 in my town to demolish a home, yet it may be more in the bigger cities along with making the land sturdy as in this video.
Now when our QFS funding comes in then we can all help out and have the older homes demolished and bring in some newer homes for even making some type of profit on the home sale in the end when built.

If notices are sent out to the present owners and they do not reply within 30, 60 or 90 days then the demolition should go forth and not have a fire or other hazard take place as in the video.
