Usually I am a fairly decisive disciplined person. However lately I have been having bouts of dithering and indecision. The dithering leaves me feeling discombobulated. The energies are so swift and powerful that when I hesitate, I feel as if I am being knocked over in heavy surf. If I take action – ANY action – I move the energies through me.
This morning I felt hesitant and dithery about the direction of the day. I said to myself, ‘Right! Just get moving…!’ So I mowed the lawn, tidied the garden and felt much better afterwards. Plus, I achieved things. Win/win all round.
