I want to write a quick review of the Sept 2023 edition of the Memoirs of Billy Shears (available from amazon, which says 2021 on the site but 2023 in the book.)
This is an upgrade of the previous editions with far more interesting material and background than those ones and I will be reviewing as if this work, that is presented as fiction (for good reason) is factual.
I am about two fifths through it and already vastly impressed by the way it fills in the gaps and answers questions that previous editions left dangling.
It is an absolutely thorough recommend if you want to explore the whole topic from the inside view. There are things alluded to which with a little intuition you can map out for yourself which I would mention here if I thought it might bring joy to the situation (and the ‘author’ himself) and not get me into trouble, but here you will have to make your own investigation.
One conclusion that I am comfortable sharing is that from the evidence of the book, the ‘author’ has a certain facility with inner plane exploration – unless that is simply and only an impression given for the purposes of the book, if so, it is convincing.
There are also (admittedly small) parts of the book where you wish the ‘author’ was less interested in numbers or sketches and the like, but on the whole they are better left in than out as revealing an aspect of an extremely singular artistic mind.
So far the whole format with fascinating digressive footnotes and ‘whisper messages’ (faintly printed text running down margins etc) is immense fun especially for an alt news/history researcher (the pleasure of alighting on nuggets of knowledge in odd places) and takes you further down the rabbit hole as far as getting a certain ‘insider’ view.
It is also and ultimately very positive and self empowering, restating ideas you probably have already come across if you are interested in the ‘we create our own reality’ line of thought.

You also have the pleasure of discovering new and fascinatingly revealing interpretations to one of the best soundtracks extant – depending on your musical taste.
There are statements shared of what we all know to have been/still may be the NWO agenda, but we all have our own perception of how healthy or not that may be at the moment. I am far from being pessimistic about the future personally, as I am sure you may be if you are keeping tabs on things from your own relevant sources.
Boy, you’re going to carry that weight alright, but when the sack comes down off the shoulders and a whole world of inner emotion, hidden history and striving (ultimately very much for excellence, but fun as well) opens up before you, you are extremely glad that he did and still does.
The gift that keeps on giving, keeps on giving, and if you are in any way a fan, then this has a really good chance of being the most amazing piece of bio/autobio you’re likely to read for a very long time to come.
In connection with this I would recommend Mike William’s Paul is Dead channel on youtube and here is a video specifically dedicated to sharing many of the Whisper messages in the book (hardly a taste of the full banquet that awaits you there.)
