Open Society is tied to Smartmatic, with technology licensed from Dominion, which is connected to Sequoia, which was bought by Smartmatic in 2005, and all connects to Venezuela, Hugo Chavez, Maduro, the Chinese CCP, and remote servers in Serbia, which all have access through election keys.

These connections enable sophisticated vote manipulation through incorporated software vulnerabilities, fractionalized ballots, and backdoor access.
