I relate to this advice from One in the channeling. I am endeavoring to heed it throughout each day. When I feel disoriented or overwhelmed, I pull right back into a quiet space. It makes a huge difference to my sense of well-being.‘What is recommended is a return to stillness and intention at regular intervals throughout your day. These need not be scheduled. By “regular” is meant as often as possible, (consistent). Once a day is barely sufficient. The chaotic response of your world demands frequent withdrawals from it.

My latest Ascension experiences (sounds better than symptoms – we are not ill)…I am more thirsty than usual, and at times more hungry. I have unexpected bouts of mild anxiety for no reason. I often get overcome by waves of tiredness, where I feel I could sleep for a month and it would not be enough.

I am having powerful experiences of deja vu. Sometimes they are so striking, they stop me in my tracks. I consider the deja vu as confirmation that I am aligned with my soul plan.
I am really struggling to find words when I talk to people. Last night my Light Warrior friend Miriam and I had the funniest phone call. I kept saying, ‘I can’t find the right word…’ and she also kept saying it. A crazy conversation to on-lookers, but it was perfectly normal to us. Quite simply, 3D words are now failing us. Telepathy rocks…!
