My Comments:
1. It is not the Conventional Government that SUPPRESSES technology / inventors. Fascism is the joining of Conventional Government AND Business (Military Industrial Complex). Big Oil, Big Medicine, Big Banking, Big Auto, Big Weapons are all part of the Fascist Government. (There is no separation of Government and Business in a Fascist State. The Government becomes a Protection Racket over Business, providing Limited Liability to Business, and requiring Business to follow Government Policy. Collect Income Tax and Social Security from employees. If Business rebels, the Government imposes Penalties and sicks the DOJ on Business.)
